A nature secluded private street with a private deeded water access to the Homosassa River for fishing from the bank (plentiful mangrove snapper, red fish, trout, snook, and bass),canoeing, kayaking or simply enjoying the river and the surrounding natural environment. The Homosassa House shares the private deeded water access only with other exclusive homes on South Lewoods Avenue.
